Bob123@verizon.net: Hey! I found one of the books that was on your website listed as missing. I was wondering if I should send the book over via post office or have one of your representatives come pick it up? Anyway, the title of the book was “101 Natural Medicines” by Jonathon  Smith. I found it in my basement and it was pretty damaged.

LibraryofCongress@verizon.net: We will send a representative over. Where could you meet us?

Bob123@verizon.net: I  live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Could I meet at the Starbucks on Third Street? 8:00 AM PST, and whatever date works for you.

LibraryofCongress@verizon.net: We should meet on the 27th if it works for you. Also, it would be appreciated if  you could gently package the book for the car ride so that it won’t be any more damaged.

Bob123@verizon.net: The 27th is fine with me, and I will be careful with the book. You should recognize me by the white Prius with license plate 5AQR32B.
